When does DraftMath collect and process information?

DraftMath collects information when you use and access our Service. We also collect information when you provide it to us.

Personal Information

In order to enhance your experience on our Site, subscribe for premium memberships, and access certain features on the Site, DraftMath requires you to register for an account. During registration, you are asked to provide a valid email address in order for us to contact you and allow for account recovery in the event that you forget your password.

Personal Data that We Collect

DraftMath may collect Personal Data about you when you provide it directly to us, when third parties such as our business partners (e.g. companies with whom we integrate our Site and products) provide us with Personal Data about you, or when Personal Data is automatically collected as a result of your use of our Site.

• Contact details: Information such as your name, email address, telephone, etc. Currently, you are only required to provide a valid email address in order to register for a user account.
• Payment information: Information that you provide in connection with your purchase of the Service or any purchase made on the website, including name, billing address, payment card details, card number, expiration date and security code. This data is collected and stored by our third-party service provider, Stripe. Please refer to Stripe's privacy policy for more information. We do NOT store this Personal Data on our Site.
• Transaction Information: Information related to transactions that you conduct on our Site, including when you subscribe, sign up for offers, communications and promotions. This information does not include financial or payment information.
• User Account Information: Information that identifies you to the Site, such as your user name, email address, password, and IP address. For example, we use this information to authenticate you when you log into the Site, and use the IP address to help maintain your web session security and account preferences while using the Site.
• Device information: Information about devices accessing the Site, including type of device, operating system and version, device settings, application IDs, unique device identifiers, and crash data.
• User content: To the extent that you choose to input Personal Data as part of the content, images, comments, communications, and other information and materials that you choose to post to or through the Site.
• League Information: In order to provide a customized and fully tailored experience for users, DraftMath relies on information based on your fantasy sports league(s) and respective team(s) and user(s). In order to improve the usefulness of the Site, tools, and information that you see, we ask that you provide us with access to import those leagues by inputting the League ID onto our Site.

How do we use the information that we collect?

DraftMath will only use your Personal Data as necessary to:

• Provide, operate, and enhance the Service
• Personalize your experience on our website and Service
• Market our products and services
• Contact you regarding products, services, and support

Does DraftMath collect information on Site users automatically?
